Matrix Equation?

Hey there,

The equation I am having trouble with is the following:

[2x 3y -z] = [2y -z 15]

I don't understand how this can be solved..? Please healp. Thank you!!!

Its basic algebra... So you collect like terms. The X &Y are the terms.
