depends what kind of music you like if you want something to at a good pace but not too slow or too fast then Sports Songs-Hockey- Boston Bruins-Goal Song is a good song but then again if you want something to get you realy pumped up then i would suggest some rock songs or a song liek Everytime We Touch.. so ya it pretty much depends on what kind of music you like

I dont know what type of music you like-so im not gonna bother to name songs, but the radio is good. It's free and has a varity of different types of music.

I like "Ant Music" by Adam & the Ants when speedwalking / running... very fast, keeps you at a good pace. I also like salsa, no words to distract, just a compelling beat.
