What type of presentation? If you have props, make sure they are arranged so that you can get to them at the right time. If you are talking with some computer based visual aid, you might have no electric cord for the projector, leave the slides at home, lose them in the car.
If you have made a checklist, ran over them several times, practiced your presentation at least 3 times, everything should be ok.

You may accidentally fart, thus throwing off your timing and offending your audience.
