I saw this one a few days ago and borrowed it..

Two doves meeting in the sky
Two loves hand in hand eye to eye
Two parts of a loving whole
Two hearts and a single soul

Two stars shining big and bright
Two fires bringing warmth and light
Two songs played in perfect tune
Two flowers growing into bloom

Two Doves gliding in the air
Two loves free without a care
Two parts of a loving whole
Two hearts and a single soul

The war raged for days.
The battle ensued.
The anger in the hearts of men
Dangerously brewed.

With wings of silk
A single white dove,
Parted the foes
With a swoop from above.

The shooting stopped,
Grateful for every life.
Freedom and peace.
Not war and strife.

The answer was
The bird so pure
To stop the violence.
She was the cure.

I am a dove
And I stand for Love
Unless in the great mitten
There i am a smitten
A shotgun blast
Puts me in the past
But what do I stand for now
A hunters hungry
I can see
But why o why
Do you hunt
ME
Is it because he has lost his love?

the dove is so white and pretty
my words are so trite and gritty
why cant you see
that the words are from me

flying high above
with a hey and a ho and a nanny nanny noo

with a hey and a ho and a nanny nanny noo

Dove!

You are white in color!
Love symbol for many other!

Once we saw peace when you fly!
Now we want your pieces to fry!

Color your feathers to red!
This the one many people shed!

the dove flies through the sky
and i wonder why
does he do that?

the color of his wings differs
from the way i pictured it
i wish it was purple.

not all my ideas are cool
except the one about
the dove who has purple feathers.

gently I released it
like a breeze it blew
defying gravity
away and on high
white before blue
a crack broke the morning
a flurry spoke mountains
it fell and that was that
gravity reclaimed another sky rat
