In school we have to dress like people from a time period. I have the 80's. Do you know any fashions from the 80's?

How many times are people going to ask this? Simple watch a Madonna music video and you will be set for life.

As a child of the 80's...

Leg warmers were big early. Peg your jeans/ pants (tightly cuffed at the ankle). Angles were big, the more severe the better (in patterns and it the cut of the clothing). Black pants, white socks and tennis shoes.

Big hair and make-up are a must.

Chains and dangling jewelry helps too (not punk chains, chains draped or swagged).

Good luck
Have fun

LOL, 80s rule!
I went to high school in the early 80s. Here are some suggetions:
Muscle t-shirts (no leaves) were big, jackets with shoulder pads, big hair (think spiral curls), ankle boots, men's white shirt with a big belt, leggins, white ankletts with pumps, leg warmers, ...and lots of neon

uh, YEAH! lol that was my hey day.
i'll give you a senario: and youre gonna have to go to consignments shops to make it authentic:

Acid washed ripped everywhere tight jeans with a high waist and a tapered leg( i know right? so gross)

layered socks that tuck the jeans in and a pair of colorful one color rebox high tops sneakers.

try to find a band tee shirt that was circa the 80's and if its long,
tie the side corner in a knot---no lie that was the style.

rubber black bracelets were big- alot of them on one arm
tease you hair as high as it'll go and spary the hell out of it with
aquanet hairspray

You can probably find some really good stuff at any local thrift store. Leg warmers were big, stirrup pants, spandex shorts, tease your hair to get it really poofy. Lots of makeup, blues and bright pinks. Have fun!
