Im not talking about style of dress. Im taking about, makeup, hair...etc. Any suggestions anyone? No stupid ******* answers please.

For hair, long lengths with layers, waves, or curls seem to say "feminine," but if your hair is shorter right now, throw in some curls at the tips or cute headbands to pretty it up. Do a side part a swoop the front layers or bangs to the side. Highlights that compliment your skin tone can really flatter your face, also.
For make-up, it depends on your skin tone, but shades of pink and peach always look good on the lips and cheeks. Gloss on the lips is even better. Add some dark brown or midnight blue eyeliner to your upper lashline and wing it up at the outer corner (for a slight cat-eye effect). That's always sexy. And if you don't already, arching or just re-shaping the eyebrows is probably the most dramatic way to frame your face and look polished.

Well, if you're a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl that's alright but not EVERYDAY. If you insist on wearing jeans that's cool but try to wear a nicer top... no it doesn't have to be all "make you puke" frilly but something stylish with some color. Wearing jewelry always "girlies" one up as well. So long as it's not "goth" type stuff but if you are into the goth thing there are plenty of resources for that too that can still be goth and girlie at the same time. Main thing is have fun with it, try things you wouldn't before... color is the main thing and from your pic you look fairly light skinned so go with earthtones.

Keep your hair long and loose in a nice style... try contacts if it's not a big problem for you... go for a light makeup like Mascara and nude color lip gloss. Sometimes a pair of nice dangling earrings can transform a girl completely... luck:-)

long layers in your hair, maybe some lighter highlights to frame your face. Wear dark eyeliner and dark mascara and a color eyeshadow that will brighten up your eyes like if they are brown (I think yours are) wear purple. Also shiny lips, either from lip gloss or even chapstick will draw attention to your feminine lips.

How is your hair now? If it's curly try straightening it. If it's straight try curling. Basically whatever your doing now, try the exact opposite. For makeup use a little mascara, eyeliner and lipgloss. Don't forget the eyelash curler.

Simple
Get some kitten heeled sandals and paint your toe nails...
Thats a good start
Later get a higher heels sandal and continue up... until you are able to walk succesfully in 4" heels
