She claims she was wasted, and proclaims her love for me....is it possible to move on, is it possible or fair to raise this baby?

I actually know a lesbian couple that has a baby because of a similar situation.
Obviously, if she's strictly lesbian, she must've been pretty wasted to have sex with a man. I'm sure she didn't mean to hurt you by it although it may be hard to regain trust.
However, the two of you can raise the child together as if it were both of yours. Because a lot of times one of the women in a lesbian couple will get a sperm donation in order to have a child.
So make her promise not to do anything like that again, talk to her about your feelings and what's going through your mind, stick by her, and think of it as a sperm donor.
It will be possible to raise the child with her and it might bring the two of you even closer.

Talk to her, make sure if this was the only time, that it will never happen again. If she truly does love you and it truly was a mistake then you need to look inside your heart and see if you can forgive her. If you can get past that, and you are strong enough to be there to support her during the pregnancy, then all the power to you. Because 8 years is a long time to be together, but also, you have to realize that it's not the baby's fault for it's mother's mistake.
