clay aiken?

I don't know why many people like to stereotype other people based on their looks. There has been nothing factual indicating that Clay Aiken is Gay or considered being gay, and he has steadfastly said he is not. Just like not all well buffed athletes use steriods, or that all arab people are terrorists.
People need to give other people respect up front and not categorize them based on their looks, their actions, race or religion. Clay did look to most people to be a little dorky and awkward when he first took the spotlight, and then stole it on American Idol. That does not make him gay!
Clay appears to be a very intelligent individual that is very sensitive to others; his initial career and college education was to prepare him to work with people who have disabilties. Not many people can do that, or choose to do it willingly. Even though he wasn't making millions and millions in his first year of success, he used part of his income to set up a foundation for the disabled. Not many celebrities have done that, so early in their careers. Wonder of Paris Hilton has done anything to help anyone else?
Clay is special, but that does not make him gay. If anything, I'd say he is a lot better person than most people we encounter in everyday life, and any of us would be lucky to know someone like him.

If you mean clay Aiken the singer no I do not. Gay is for holly wood. Lets hope that evil lifestyle doesn't effect country.
as far as I know the only well know country star who was gay was roy clark> "Surprised"?
Al gore and bil fisk is gay and they are from tenn but doens't count.

What difference does it make. He is a very talented singer. I have a hard time understanding what the big deal is about finding out what everybody is. It really isn't anyones business. He is a singer, and he does it well. What he does in his private life is exactly that....PRIVATE.

To me it doesn't matter. He is who he is. I think he is a fine person. I don't care to know every detail about him. I appreciate his voice and what he has done for disabled kids. I wish he could have some privacy to live his life the way he wants to.

What possible difference could it make? He doesn't ask (or care) what you do in your bedroom & he should be accorded the same courtesy. He is a very good singer & that's all any of us need to know.

sometimes when these celebrity types start all this "I am not gonna say" stuff is verification but -
if he wishes not to state out of fear - must respect his wishes

guess the real question is - would it change your opinion of him

personally do not agree with the gay lifestyle but have to admit - the kid can sing!

who the hell cares. do y'all have nothing better to do or analyze??? we don't debate if anyone out there is straight or otherwise so who cares about others' sexuality. find something to do folks.

I've wondered but either way it really shouldnt matter. He does carry himself kinda like a girl tho. And in the pics I have seen he has makeup kinda like a girl.

he looks like it sometimes an acts like it too but i must say hes an ok singier but not the best but at one point i think he went gay but couldnt find a guy so hes stright now =)
