you didnt say how much and your time line. You also didnt say much on your BMI (Body Mass Index) if you have the excess flab that will not hurt your health to lose that 4-5 lbs for wrestling, then work on the sweating routine, but my advice is have your coach do the BMI check for your own good.

Sweating down would be the best bet, but I never do it unless I weight in a day ahead so I can rehydrate. You don't have to take my word on that but you will after the first time you wrestle dehydrated. Other than that I would just say to have more discipline and plan ahead by eatting healthy and exersizing so you don't have to lose weight fast.

Crash dieting. JUST KIDDING! Don't be in such a hurry. Okay, eat vegetables and fruits etc. Eat as much as you like before six o clock and don't eat after six, that makes you lose weight. Aswell as, just eating healthy, eat wholegrain which can keep you fuller for the day and you won't be much hungry. And if you are hungry, try drinking water, you might be thirsty. Take some excercise, an hour a day or something, and you should be doing great, GOOD LUCK!
