You don't have to be world champions to be the best and by the way most teams had a bad world cup apart from Germany.Also,Italy won by penalties which really shows how boring italian football is...
Anyways Brazil are considered the best as of course they have won the world cup the most times!Also,they play a lot of their football on the beach which helps players develop their ball technique,ball skills and so on.As someone said before the samba helps as well...
I wish I was Brazilian!

They might not be world champions at the moment, but there still number one in the fifa rankings lol, oh yeah they won five world cups, only country to qualify for every world cup, leads every country in goals in the world cup tournaments, so i guess there are good enough points why brasil is the best in soccer, oh yeah here's another one there last friendly against Eucador, they sold out that stadium, The swedes had a euro qualifier three days earlier at the stadium and couldn't even sell out there own stadium, proves a point doesn it....

Simple. If you grew up in a country that poor and your only out let was a game of soccer you would play ever minute you could. So by the time their 16 they can go pro.

They are a fun loving people, it shows in their music, their dancing, their food, so it is natural it shows in their sports, they don´t stress as other people do, that is why they are also good at basket-ball, car racing, volley-ball, there are over 3000 Brazilian football players all over the world and they always are among the best players of every league they play in.

Because its the only sport they play! Also they train ther players 2 b totaly 1 footed so it is perfect on the favoured foot but rubbish on there other1. (ronaldinhio unincluded)

because its a very poor country the weathers allways pretty good so kids are allways out playing football with there mates not much else to do ,they also see this as a way of getting out of poverty and are hungry for it.

Its either football or gang brotherhood for them. We've got everthing from "scouts" to "cricket" to keep us occupied. Thats why they are better at both Football and 'gangs' than we are.
