To talk about anything is to attach an identity to it. I believe it's the interpretation that goes along with the identifier that determines whether or not you are stereotyping a stereotype.

Any time a person stereotypes.. it is general and still stereotyping.. does not matter how the words are spoken, or written.

No. Talking about a stereotype is just explaining its definition.

Oh god, I hate philosophical questions.......
>.< Why don't we already just give up? Apparently there can be no truth, because nothing is true, there is no basis for anything that can be taken as solid fact, therefore I can state that everything we see, hear, smell, and feel is merely a figmant of our non-existant imaginations, but not really because a figmant of an imagination cannot exist without banana creme pie, which in itself doesn't exist, therefore we're all the ancestors of delapidated curtain sets, which isn't true either because there isn't such a thing as a "curtain set", it is merely a figmant of our imagination again, which in and of itself disproves itself yet again, of course through logic and reasoning, which themselves cannot truly exist, as there is no set facts or truths. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is this: No.
Do the world a favor and punch a philosopher in the face today!

no, by explaining about them and what they are, you are only elaborating to the other person what stereotypes exist and defining what that concept means

If you are speaking in general, then you are generalizing.
