How about you decide. You are the parent, you decide when the child should go to bed and what the child watches, if you let her do it "just this once" it wont be just this once, she will expect it every single time. Stick to a routine.

Kids now at days understand more then we think. I've seen this I believe it was Ophar where young kids become obsesed with how they looked if they skinny enough or to fat. Please don't let your child become a victim.
