There are 3 computers on the network in my office. We are replacing one computer, and we must hook it up to the network like the old one was. My boss asked me to find out what the name of my PC's network name is (or what my PC's name within the network is). I'm lost! Help!

You should be able to get that information from one of the computers that isn't being replaced.

Go to the my computer icon, right click it, and left click on properties, then click the name tab.

go to: Mycomputer>properties>computername
on the computer and it will show you the name and give you an opportunity to change it to something you like if you wish.
