I suggest taking OsteoMatrix (calcium/magnesium). Folks have had wonderful bone density tests by taking this supplement faithfully. It's the quality and purity of the supplement that makes a difference. Most supplements purchased in drug stores and health food stores are very ineffective.

Here's what one lady said - "I had a bone density test performed last week. The nurse was clearly shocked. I got scared for a second thinking that it was a bad thing but it was the complete opposite. She said I was "off the chart." There wasn't even a line showing I was in the OK area, just an arrow pointing up and off the chart! I continue taking 6 OsteoMatrix a day."

I also take this supplement daily.

Hope this helpful and feel free to contact me with questions. This supplement is not available OTC. If you would like the website, just let me know.

If the over 60 year old has been diagnosed with low bone density, then I would say to check with your Doctor.
I am sure that there are tablets available to help to build up the bone density. Gentle exercise and diet will help too.
