I think an easier solution would be for you to get your own private Internet, you are being very small minded, I'm a Brit married to an American, and I lived in the States for years, the average American is nothing like you described, The average American is very similar to the average Brit, Hard working honest Tax payers. Try looking at the real world instead of judging everything by what you see on the web

first lets start with a history of the Internet it was created by Americans!
The Internet began as a Cold War project to create a communications network that was immune to a nuclear attack. In the 1969, the U.S. government created ARPANET, connecting four western universities and allowing researchers to use the mainframes of any of the networked institutions. New connections were soon added to the network, bringing the number of "nodes" up to 23 in 1971, 111 in 1977, and up to almost 4 million in 1994. As the size of the network grew so did its capabilities: In its first 25 years, the Internet added features such as file transfer, email, Usenet news, and eventually HTML. Now, new developments come to the Net one right after the other. It is this explosive growth in recent years that has captured the imagination of computer users the world over.
second the Internet is for everyone to split it up would be like me taking your baby because he was a little different than you if you like to be racist and antisocial and use your own countries search and things that is your business. i use what ever is available to me be it french.German or African doesn`t matter were it came from as long as it works right.

I like your question, but the Internet is for everyone.
We can have conversations with anyone in the world, be it China, America, Australia or wherever. Let this continue, as it brings people together.
We all have the choice what country we "talk" to over the Internet, or what questions we answer from anywhere in the world.
Lets keep things the same, but have the option to choose what site we visit.

i think that the tip of u . s . because of the fact the worlds police would be an extremely sturdy element. Then shall we concentration on what's substantial, which includes retaining our borders, offering jobs for our electorate, and making an investment in our infrastructure. besides the undeniable fact that, i think that the leaders in the two events are in lockstep settlement that they p.c. to proceed to exert our impression at something of the international. i think of the two events are keen to do despite it takes to maintain the prestige quo, even conflict. So i'm no longer hopeful that something will substitute in the close to destiny. American human beings, and the persons of something of the international will proceed to needlessly go through because of greed of the handful of fellows and girls who administration our financial equipment from in the back of the curtain.

Well first off we could care less what some foreigner says about us.....just shows how ignorant you are to begin with to believe we are what you see on TV due to our Governments actions. Look past what you see to see the truth.
We could easily judge the UK and other counties this way but we don't. Our Government might say things...but average joe American doesn't back it up. Bush's rating of under 32% shows that clearly.
Enjoying this internet? You sure? Well us bloody Americans are the ones who created it from scratch. Was a communications network that our military used during the cold war days to ensure we had communications around the globe.
So....why should we remake what we already created? If you don't like it.....LEAVE....we'll hold the door open for ya even. Talk about one HUGE whinning Brit.....WOW!
Sheez.......ignorance is growing every day on this rock we call earth.

You call that a great idea? By the way, you consider UK the inventor of the Internet?! If you mean WWW by Internet, the original ideas came from CERN, which is in Switzerland, not the UK.

maybe they're too busy minding everyone else's business, they're scared they're gonna lose out shame.
if someone develops the latest craze over here or elsewhere in the world (such as invented another double the fat macdonald's burger) they'd sure as hell bend over backwards to try and beat that, and make it 10x the fat! them americans, have to be BIGGER and BETTER...
but what did Christina Aguilera sing...they talk so big to make up for smaller things...(penis and brains?) their cars, the houses, all so HUGE...maybe they cant get around otherwise?
