I have large breasts for my height and weight (I'm 5' 2" and 138lbs with natural 38DD's). I know this sounds ideal, small girl with big boobs... but I have a problem. Everytime I wear a shirt/camisole tank that is tight around my breasts or even a sports bra, down my cleavage and under my breasts I get what looks like heat rash and some of the red bumps have heads on them like little zits. I scrub with a loofah inbetween and underneath everytime I'm in the bath/shower... does anyone know how to prevent this or is there a powder that will keep everything dry that won't clog pores?? HELP!!!

I also have this problem. What I do is always make sure my bra is clean. Rinse it twice to make sure all the detergent is out. I use a gentle anti-perspirant under my breasts as well. This helps somewhat.

Try Special Care medicated powder. Great on breasts, around inner thighs and pubis. Also good on bottom. If the smell bugs you, use a scented creme before powdering, a same scent spray after. Not too much. You don't want people sneezing around you (or on you) all day. Good luck!

Maybe try baby powder. If it's okay to put on a baby's rear it'll be ok for you too.

Any high quality talcum powder, like "Shower-to-Shower" should work. There's an interesting product out for motorcyclists that you might look into as well: www.antimonkeybutt.com It's gotten some great reviews, but I can't speak for it myself.

Clothing is the culprit, shed it and the rash goes away. Actually try no bra and loose clothing.

A small woman with huge boobs looks disproportionate, not ideal. Try a baby powder type substance.

Well, I used to have the same problem. I was a 32DD. I had a breast reduction. That is the only thing I can tell you. Trust me, It'll help.
