riding a bike is going to be harmfull acording to me as i was operated 2 times left and right side of my groin for hernia.and for the second time when they found out that i was having hernia on my left side also the doctor told me not to ride a bike lift, heavy weights ,jumping etc.i would suggest u to consult ur doctor for the excercises.what i use to do it massage my groin area by pushing the side lines of testis towards upside.u have to b very care full when u r doing it.trim ur pubic hair and apply some moisturising cream and massage it gently.hopefully it should work as it use to when ever i sue to feel pain b4 the surgery i use to do it.most important thing try to wear tight underwears for ur support.if u need more help u can reach me at desinyc26@yahoo.com i can share with u my experiences n help.

Yes it will. A good elliptical machine will help too. Be very careful not to overdo it with a hernia.
