I would try the Disney store they should have it. Or if that doesn't work try party city they have a wide variety I'm sure they have miley Cyrus, and Hannah Montana.

If you turn tight at the Kwik Mart on 4th Avenue then make a left after the newspaper stand, you'll see a yellow building, you can't buy it there......
