i have a Blockbuster Video orientation today, they said it's 3 hours long. what exactly am i going to be doing during this orientation for 3 hours (they did say to bring my Blockbuster handbook)?

It depends on what the instructor wants to do. You could read everything to yourself or out loud. You'll watch videos and fill out "human resource" type questions. It not so much an intro to your actual job as it is an intro to Blockbuster policy. Everyone has to do it.
