How do you get a prenuptial agreement legalized?

My fiance and I are getting married next friday... I have drawn up a prenup... but how do you finalize it? I heard you needed a lawyer to sign it but how do I get one... and how much will it cost??? do I need a lawyer???

Have it drawn up by an attorney and filed. Or do one on your own and have it signed by a notary.

get it notaries, they fill it at your county clerk office for $50.00

go to a probate judge
