Yeah i get that too. Iv been told that its actully an natural reaction to stress, as when we were monkeys (if you belive it) if we came under attack, we would vomit to make ourselves lighter and therfore faster when running away.
I personly dont belive that entirely, but i do know it is natural to get cramps. I find deep breathing for a bit helps, and if you feel slightly hyper/energetic, try doing something active that would tire you out quickly. It makes the blood go to the part of the body being used and away from your stomach.

Well, another common condition associated with stress is Stress Ulcers it's most commonly in the stomach, your stress promtes stomach to release more HCL (acid), which causes erosions of the stomach tissue giving you that sense of pain and discomfort.
You should have your stomach investigated using an endoscope if there are doubt about ulcers.
Usually, if you try to remain calm and avoid stressing conditions the ulcers heal without no medications, unless they are big enough, here there must be some medications mostly aiming at decresing the production of the acid by altering the chemical processes leading to production of the acid inside the stomach and thus giving the stomach tissue a chance to heal.

Stress can cause any number of health issues/ symptoms, including Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other gastro-intestinal disturbances. When the body senses that you are in a stressful situation it switches itself into a "fight or flight" mode. "Fight or Flight" is a defence mechanism that makes it easier for your body to either ascape from a dangerous situation or defend itself when it feels at risk. You will have more adrenalin in your system so that your reactions would be quicker if needed. Your vision can become tunnled, so that you can focus only on the possible risk. At the same time, your digestive system will shut down so that your body can use any energy reserves for the battle up ahead. This could be the cause of the discomfort you are feeling. These reactions are part of our basic human instinct, even though they are rarley put to full use in modern day man.

My advice would be to try and recognise which situations are more likely to increase your stress levels and avoid them if possible. If avoidance is not possible, learning relaxation techniques will significantly reduce the levels of stress you experience. In some instances, the simple act of ackowledging it can be helpful. I can also recommend doing some further reading on the subject, gathering a good basic knowledge and understanding of stress and stress management can help you to discover your own coping strategies and make you feel more in control.

Hope it helps. Best of luck!

This used to happen to me a lot too, so it's not uncommon! I found that just practicing stress reducing techniques helped a lot- like deep breathing, relaxation techniques, aromatherapy, etc. Now I know when I'm going to get super stressed and I can prevent any kind of stomach problems! I suggest talking to your doctor- they'll know best what kind of anxiety you have and what would work best for you. Not everything will work for everyone.
