go to www.godaddy.com . Pick your domain name (ie. batman52293com) and see if it's available. If it is, then you just have to purchase it. It's pretty cheap. Then create your site yourself or get someone to do it. Or just simply sign up for a myspace account and create one there.

Go to a website domain register...like www.godaddy.com...sorry to say www.youngdrama.com is taken, but looks like www.youngdrama.net is available...
