Can I just say that I LOVE the Duck, Duck, Goose idea someone gave earlier? I've never heard of that before as a costume idea. I think it's hilarious! It might take people a moment to get it, but when they do, they'll definitely remember it. Your boys will think it's great because it's a game they actually play at that age.

I also like the idea someone gave about carrying a teddy bear to be Baby Bear.

You could have them go as Shrek, Donkey, and Fiona.

I have always loved the Wizard of Oz theme with Dorothy, The Cowardly Lion, and the Scarecrow. The Tin Man would be too hard with all the make-up.

Children that are pre-school age generally like costumes that they can relate to and know. You might try a knight, dragon and a princess and that way everyone is happy.

Buzz Lightyear, Woody, and Little Bo Peep -- from "Toy Story"

Spiderman, Green Goblin and Mary Jane -- from "Spider Man"

Munchkins -- from "The Wizard of Oz"

Lion, Tinman, Scarecrow -- from "The Wizard of Oz"

I'll think a little more and maybe come up with some other ideas.
