Maybe because the polution of Russia is drifting over and affecting the Chinese, too.
It's not just England sending it's industry to China. The USA is in on that act, also!
Thanks to ages of Eurpeans plundering the world, our world is no longer a naturally safe place to live...let alone all the wars the globe has engaged in.

i'm no longer ashamed to declare I shed some tears as quickly as I observed the information, and hugged my little boy greater tight this morning - because of the fact i might desire to. How unhappy that's, she became a youthful woman who had an rather undesirable initiate in existence yet she pulled herself out of the gutter and has made a heck of a good style of money. sturdy on her - and who could have theory that this woman could do greater for elevating wisdom of cervical maximum cancers than each and every of the promoting interior the worldwide? The rise in cancer doesn't have anything to do with sending over our trade/industry but everything to do with their government's inablility or unwillingness to set up proper health care for it's citizens.
There is also a problem in small, downtrodden villages close to dumping sites. You know all of those computers we throw away after using them for just a couple of years? Most discarded computer boards etc, are shipped over to China, the poor sit around melting down the metal parts, to sell for money, it's quite dangerous as these metals cause cancer. But since there's no healtcare system to treat cancer, these poor people just keep at it, in order to survive. Quite the irony.

Your question makes no sense. Are you trying to say the UK sent cancer to China. Or that you wanted the UK to keep the cancer. Since cancer is a diease that scientist are not sure
what causes it, you can not possibly know how the Chinese
got cancer. Thank however you want, but you can not know who to thank none of us do.
