There is this kid at my school who just got suspended last week for 5 days for sexual harrassment. He asked me to the homecoming dance, and I said no. That's not the problem. After I said no, he was really hurt, i think, and didn't talk to me for the rest of the day. The next day, he sat next to me, and (besides the reason he was suspended) he is really nice. He told me that he was going to send me a "candygram" thing. How can I tell him, without "killing" him, that I don't like him? I don't want to be mean, its just that I can't be wit kid with that sort of new reputation, it would make me look like a....well...you know. I'm confused!

It sounds like you are confused on several levels.
For one, if the guy gets into trouble you shouldn't be hanging out with him because you don't want any of his trouble, not because you're afraid of what other people might think.
For two, you should just be honest, but kind and tell him the truth. You aren't interested, even though you think he's sweet. Truth isn't always what people like to hear, but it's important.

ensure you do no longer tension her into being your date. wait and notice and don't ask her time-honored ask her in approximately 3 days from once you first asked her and merely convey it up back. If she remains "thinking" approximately it, merely with courtesy ask her "whilst do you think of you will comprehend?" in order that which you comprehend that she's certainly thinking approximately it. If she takes longer than each week to respond to come across a sparkling date, she might merely be making you anticipate no reason ya comprehend? solid luckkkk!

Girl, sometimes the truth hurts, and it will hurt his feelings that you don't like him, but thats true... It'd be unfair to pretend to like him, then he'd get a major crush, and lets be honest, you'd be miserable... you owe him NOTHING! don't be mean (i know you won't!) and just tell him you only want to be friends... end of discussion! ;)
