I BEAT THE MEAT ALL THE TIME. I GETS THINGS GOING NICELY. BEAT THE MEAT BEFORE DIPPING INTO YOUR MARINADE, IT ALLOWS THE MEAT TO ABSORB BETTER AND WILL COOK UP NICELY.
