I understand that you are actually saying that he is to be administered the 15 mg of amoxycillin per day, per kg of body weight, yes?
So 100 lb divided by 2.2 (lbs per kg) = 45.45 kgs (roughly)
45.45 X 15 (mg of drug) = 681.75 mg of amoxycillin daily
681.75 X 7 days = 4772.25 mg administered over 7 days.

Your question needs to be more specific, as related to the meaning of "this Time".
Does "this time mean a single dose or does it mean the amount of drug for the 7 days?
You can calculate as follows:
use a unit factor method
( 100 LBS / 1) (1 Kg / 2.2 LBS) (15 mg / 1 Kg )
that will equal 681.8 mg a day
how is that to be given each day over what time period?
for 7 days 682mg times 7 days = 4772.7 mg
that is 4.773 grams, so you will need a 5 gram supply for the seven days.
I hope this helps you.

You must find out the number of times per day that the medication will be given (Q4H, Q6H, etc.)
Also, for 'this time', is there an initial loading dose ordered by the prescriber that is greater than the dose that would be given at evenly spaced intervals (again Q4H, etc.)?

Hopefully you can decide whether it's milligrams or kilograms before they start. One being .015 grams the other being 15,000grams probably an amount that is greater than her wieght.
