Call the Chief's Secretary at the Police or Sheriff's department. Try calling taekwon do places, they offer them too. Best of luck to you. You can sometimes get private lessons if you call the stores that sell law enforcement equipment.

I would reccomend Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, its based on self defence and teaches to do the maximum amount of damage with the minimum amount of force. Good luck.

Try a law enforcement agency. I'll bet they could direct you toward one. Also, places that sponsor karate, taekwondo, etc. would be a natural place to look for this specific type of training.

I think i should just wish you luck to get luck. You can try judo, i have done judo, and it's good. It is self defence.
