Not too much.

She has to realize it herself.

Maybe introduce them and see what happens.

Maybe she'll realize what you see from a distance.

Years ago I was obsessed with the most gorgeous guy
on earth - tall, nice bod, reddish brown longish hair, bright blue eyes.

He never noticed me cuz I was much younger.
Years later we finally met and I found out what a waste
of a human being he was.....druggie alcoholic.
Too bad for him. He loses.

Good luck.

It's interesting how you say "he'll never notice her". Obviously, you've made this opinion based on your opinion about her, most likely looks. How do you know for sure he shares your opinion of your friend?

If you truly care about your friend, you'll allow her the freedom to pursue this person and will even champion her cause. You might even try and help her. And as her friend, if she's rebuffed by him, then you'll be there for her when she's heartbroken.

You're not a friend, if you interject some predisposed negativity based on your own assumptions. Allow her to be her.

Peace

there is nothing that ou can do if she is obsessed with him. If it is an infatuation, then there is little hope, you can try introducing her to another guy, or maybe even try to tell her that you are afraid that her obsession is a little un-nerving, & you are afraid that she is going to get hurt because it is not healthy. I would love to have a friend as caring as you, but i don't think that i would listen to you if i were truly into a guy. Hopefully she can move past him & give up. Who knows maybe this guy will eventually notice her, so your second alternative would be to step back, & pray for your friend not to get hurt....Good luck to you....

Don't do anything. That's the best way to keep a friend.
