read a lot, read aloud, listen to music and watch movies in English (use English subtitles to help you). Sing while listening to the songs and repeat the expressions you like while watching the movie.
Of course spending time in english speaking countries helps, but maybe you haven't got the chance.

When I was learning French, the biggest help was spending lots of time in conversation with a fluent speaker who was helpful enough to correct me (a lot). For example, it's "speak" not "speek." The work "English" is always capitalized. And, it should read, "... and have also seen significant improvement..." etc. Having someone correct you can be a very good learning tool, if you're willing to hear it. Hope that helps!

Read English language newspapers (as well as news in your own language), and watch some English language television. You have enough now that both of these should help.

Try to spend time in an English-speaking country. Or just keep listening and speaking. Practice, practice, practice.

Good luck.

I know a simple way for fast and acqurate english reading: read loudly and slowly. Let your brain "process" the ideas, while you read.
Try it. Then, do it a little faster.
