How can I block an email that does not have an unsubscribe option?

I receive 30 to 40 emails a day from a unidentified mortgage company and their message does not have an area to click to unsubscribe. I do not want to keep receiving these emails. Also, when I read their email there are weird words at the bottom that don't make any sense.

you can mark it as spam if it is you inbox, but if it is in your bulk mail box then move it to your inbox then mark it and hit the spam button.

Yahoo mail has a spam button. Use it
