download spybot search & destroy and adaware. both can be downloaded from download.com. Install them then reboot your computer. When windows is starting up hit the F8 to start the PC in safemode. Now run those two programs and hopefully that will get rid of it. If not, you will probably have to get someone who can edit registry files to completely remove it.

there are plenty of antivirus software products out there, i am using a trial one at the moment called etrust antivirus, try downloading it, this might work for you. If worse comes to worse, save your important files onto another computer and reformat your hard drive

I had a trojan horse that my virus protection wouldnt remove and I downloaded spybots and it removed it.

get an antivirus program you can download AVG for free on the internet. i have it it usualy gets the trojans no problems
or wrap a trojan dome around your computor

- Micaffee
you can download by simply searching in Yahoo search, by there names.

Scan using your antivirus...if you don't have one, download AVG...it's free and works very well.
