Technically, The Rose Bowl is the largest college football stadium with a little over 120,000 seats. But since it's not EXCLUSIVELY used for college football nor is on either USC's or UCLA's campus, the answer would have to be Michigan stadium. If I remember correctly, it seats about 115,000 people. Next would probably be Neyland Stadium at the Univeristy of Tennessee which seats about 108,000. Penn State Stadium is about the size of UT's (maybe a bit larger) so I'm not sure if PSU has the 3rd or 4th largest stadium.

followed by Neland stadium for Tennessee
3rd is Beaver Stadium for Penn State and 4th
is Ohio Stadium aka the shoe for Ohio State.

University of Michigan followed by University of Tennessee (who added some seats a few years ago to take the lead, then UofM added on because they're stadium is literally a hole in the ground) and third is The Ohio State University.

MIchigan is the largest with 107,501, Tennessee is NOT 2nd largest, Beaver Stadium is 2nd largest that holds 107,282, Neyland (Tenessee is third that holds 104,079), Ohio State is 4th at 101,568.
