I usually go to google and type in the words that remember followed by 'Lyrics', in the subject line of the search you can usually see the song you want.

You will find most songs here, but it is not always exactly correct. When comparing to other sources, sometimes the lyrics are slightly different (e.g. versus karaoke lyrics per a karaoke CD, for instance).

If its a death, thrash, or black metal song... look it up on www.darklyrics.com. if its other music, then www.lyrics.com. if none of those have it, google it and an option at the top should be the lyrics.
