Font size can be changed back to 12 by using the pull down menu.

Select the text first, then select the font size you want. It should change it all back to 12... If you're using MS Word.

It depends, If you are talking about desktop icon's font size then right click on your desktop and select "Properties", then click on the tab "Appreance", and then Finally select the font size under "Font size". Or you can click on "Advance" button for more options.
If you are talking about internet explorer then click on "Tools" in menu bar then click "Internat Opptions" then "Accessibility" and un-check "Ignore font sizes......." have a nice day!
