I would have to say "any city" in the US. Now days, no city is safe anymore. You see it daily on the TV where someone is being killed, kidnapped, stabbed & etc......Just be careful wherever you go walking. And remember to walk in groups of 2 or more. Happy walking! :o)

I would say New Orleans LA, at least before the Hurricane. I never felt all that safe walking around there. I got hassled every time I went. Not sure if it is still that way now.

I say Philly,pa it been crazy her for a while and it getting more crazy. the city that have the high deaf toll is right over the bridge that Camden. Philly might take that this year so its time to move

Why is everyone always ragging on New York? I have lived here all my life, I am a petite Asian woman and I have no problem walking around here (New York City).
