You stop. And then you examine why you have this behavior. Did your father cheat on your mother? Did you have a lonely childhood? Is there something that you are lacking emotionally?
Is it more like a game than a relationship? Most importantly you need to not date anyone else until you are sure you want to committ. It is not fair to start a relationship with someone and then break their heart. What goes around comes around. So, just be ready for that.

IF you want to be with only her then control yourself. Otherwise break up with her and just date. This way you can see who ever you want and then you don't have to worry about cheating.

the only reason why you are cheating is because you are not satisfied with the girl you have and you should break it off with her before she gets hurt.
