YOU CAN GET PREGNANT ANYTIME! You should always use a condom. Case in point: I was on my period up until my wedding day. That day, the FIRST day I was off my period, I made love to my husband three times without a condom. I used a condom the rest of the week on our honeymoon and everyday after.

However, 5 weeks later, I took a test, and I was pregnant with my daughter. I wasn't ready, and I never thought it was possible, since I had done this before. It only takes one time, and it can happen anytime.

Get a test, buy 2 just in case, and if it's still negative after your missed period, try again in a week if you still haven't started. If it's been a couple weeks since you were supposed to start and you are still negative, go see a doctor.

Reason being is you can have a tubular pregnancy. Your egg doesn't have to be in your uterus lining to get fertilized like the girl above stated. You can actually fertilize the egg in the tube leading from your ovary, which can be deadly to you. These may not show up on a test right away because of the low amount of hormone.

But relax, that's a worse case scenario. Just use a condom or birth control pills from now on. Or just don't have sex! :)

usually after your period the odds of pregnancy are higher since having your period means releasing of the egg out of the system, but it is a possibility anytime you have sex unprotected. Wait and see if you miss your period...Your fertile days are 10-14 days after your period on a 28 day cycle...

If you are usually having regular periods you don't need to worry.
The only time you would need to worry about it is if it would happend a week before your period starts. After your period starts fertilization is NOT possible.
In case of you are having non regular periods that might happen if you have another ovulated egg comming out of your ovaries.

If you listen to the person who told you to sit under water and the egg will run right out, then you seriously have issues! That had to be the dumbest thing I've ever heard in my life and I truly wonder about the age of the person who wrote it. Once implentation has occurred, running water over your vagina isn't going to get it out, if it did then people wouldn't need abortions, and mothers would never be able to take baths or their babies would fall right out too!

the only way to know is to wait and see if yo miss your period. there are some people who say no, but sperm can live in a womens body for up to five days after sex.

I don't think there's a big chance because you were in the first days of your menstrual cycle. remember that girls can get pregnant during ovulating days and that's usually around
13-17 day. now you"ll just have to wait and see what happens.

You're not pregnant. Your period had just ended so therefore the uterus lining wouldn't have been formed back as yet for an egg to have been there.
