My Yahoo website is restricted how do i unrestrict it?

Open tools on the upper right hand side of your Internet Explorer page. Open Internet Options, open "security", set to medium-high, open privacy and set to medium. This will give you the safe zones.

Make sure that you click on "apply" and "ok".

Now you should be unrestricted to all the safe zones in the world.
