If I am getting my LLC in Texas, once i file for it, does this also entitle me to a resellers license?

If not how would i go about obtaining a wholesale/resellers license in Texas?

starting a company, either as sole-proprietor, partnership, llc, or corporation is totally separate from applying for state resale permit!
