My grandma is 74 and she has never owned her own house my moms dream is to build her her house because my mom is scared that my grandma might pass and wuold have never gotten a chance to build her her house so can somebody please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your intentions are very honorable.
Your grandma would not want you to over extend yourself.
She is proable very happy just being with you and your mother.
Just owning a house is not the joy that your grandma needs it is the love and companionship that you and your mother are providing her.

SHE MAY THINK IT IS A BAD IDEA TO SPEND $0.25 ON HER & WILL BE UPSET IF YOU INCURR DEBT!!!
DO YOU HAVE ANY MONEY?
YOU'LL NEED IT & PROBABLY GO TO A HOME BUILDER, & GET ADVICE FROM ONE OF THEIR SUPERS, OR CUT A DEAL ON THE SIDE, UNLESS MAYBE YOU HAVE A FAMILY MEMBER THAT IS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THIS.
I REMODELED A DENTAL OFFICE OVER THE PHONE WHILE ON VACATION... IF YOU KNOW THE JOB & PEOPLE IT EASY. ( AFTER 20 YEARS)
