A way to be respected by Americans is to do something other than professing your hatred of Americans.
You have to respect in order to be respected.

There are a few reasons that Americans might not want you here - Do you think of our children as something put here for you ? Do our pets , look like a free meal ? Would killing an American , be one of the highlights of your life ? Do you think we need to support you ?
If you are a criminal - we have enough of them.
If you are on drugs - we have enough of those.
If you have no respect for other people and their lives - we have enough of those.
If you want a chance to make a better life without harm to others - want rights without taking other peoples away - then you will be a welcome addition.
No one is going to love you , just because you love yourself. Love comes from a variety of things, most of which we earn by the way we treat others.
Not many people have been able to have a good life here - if they already hate us before they get here.

Aw man, sucks that you met idiots. All I can say is not everyone is like that. As for you loving America so much, I have to warn you it's not perfect. Just like anywhere else there are plenty of narrowminded people who can't see past thier own noses and unfortunatly they are often the most vocal. Also, you might not have gotten the attention you deserved because people like that often assume everyone want's to be an American. I don't know about the disgrace comment but as to being loved by the American people, you can't please everyone but basically be yourself, be respectfull, but remember you are an equal. A friend is better than a fan.

I am sure that where ever you are from, you come in contact with people who are nice and those that are not. It is the same everywhere. You can't judge the entire country off of a few rude people. Please understand, as a whole, the USA and most of it's proud citizens, are a very caring and loving nation that welcome diversity without cruelty. What other country can you name that has so many different nationalities living everyday lives as neighbors? Don't forget, that America was started by settlers from other countries, it was started with diversity. People tend to forget that, even Americans.

I am like you.I would want to move to the USA but I 've really understood it is almost impossible.Life there is as hard as everywhere.Maybe worse if you think about their national health sistem.Furthermore I have understood that you can be happy anywhere,no matter if you do not live in the USA.I hope I will be able to visit America one day but I already know that I will have to buy a return ticket.

Thats all very strange. I dont know why they would say you are a disgrace to your county, but I also dont reall yknow why you would expect them to be overly excited or interested in your ambition (there are about 300 million of us in the US now). Anyway, I wouldnt let it bother you, it does not change the benefits you receive if you do become an American Citizen. Still, if you are that easily moved to hate the US... well, all I can say is that it is strange.

I think I'd like a glass of whatever you have had. I am not American but British, but I will tell you my thoughts anyway. I think American people, like the British, are tired of people who criticise their way of life. They have had enough of people who seek to destroy or spoil that way of life. If you are a kind and decent person and let it show then I believe that you will get on with most people in the world.

Most Americans care about other people. I am sorry that you had a bad experience but it isn't fair to blame all American's.
