At my baby shower we only played 2 games. We played "Baby memory game" - you put varies baby items (baby spoons, baby nail clippers, a diaper, rattle, baby powder, baby shampoo, bottle, pacifer, tippy cup, baby hair brush/comb, baby socks etc) onto a tray, give guests a pencil or pen and a piece of paper, show the tray around for a few seconds then quickly cover it up with something (we used a receiving blanket) then have 1 minute for guests to write down all the things that were on the tray (or what they can remember) Person with the most things right wins a prize.

We had a "couples" shower so we had jars of baby food (we used peas, because my theme was 2 peas in a pod) you get the couples together with a jar of baby food and a baby spoon and have one person feed the other person the baby food. You make a time limit (ours was 1 min) and the couple that was able to feed to most baby food into their partner won a prize.

We also had a little game where my mother counted out 145 green jelly beans (you can use any color though, or another type of candy..again mine were green because they were supposed to represent peas) in a jar and when the guests begin to arrive have them write down a guess of how many is in the jar (ask them to include their name on their guess) at the end of the shower, the person closest to the actual number won the jar of jelly beans :)

They were the easiest and most inexpensive ;)

Good luck

there are so many games for a baby shower. the cotton ball game is fun. you cover up the person eyes, give them a big spoon and a bowl. Spread the cotton balls on the floor in front of them. They get one minute to scoop the most cotton balls into the bowl. whoever get the most, win the prize. there is the clothes pin game. everyone is given ten clothes pins each. whoever catch someone crossing or folding their arms or legs that individual has to give up a clothes pin. whoever has the most clothes pins at the end of the shower wins the prize. you also have the baby food game. whoever can guess what flavors of baby food they are sampling out of all three jars, win the prize. just naming a few games.

Tear the labels off of various flavored baby food jars (make sure you write down the name of them) and have everyone either look at the color or taste it and guess what the baby food is. Suggestions; banana, plum, sweet potatoes, squash etc. If you want to get tricky, add a jar that contains a couple of ingredients, like plum-apple, or ham & apples.
Another game would be the guests trying to guess what the name of the baby animal is when asked the adult name. Example; cow-calf, eagle-eaglit, horse-pony, pig-piglet, cat-kitten, dog-puppy. To get tricky, look strange animals up in the dictionary to get the baby's name.
You can go to Party City store and in the baby shower section, there is a baby shower game book with LOTS of fun and interesting games. Have FUN!

Change the baby. Get a baby doll and each guest gets timed as they change the doll's diaper. Whoever gets the fastest time wins a prize. Also, fill baby bottles with any type of drink (soda's good, because of the fizz), and have the guests race to see who drinks it the fastest, whoever does wins a prize.

First, there is the oh-so famous 'Don't say Baby.' Where you have either clothes pins or baby pins pinned to your shirt. (of course everybody gets one when they come in for the duration of hte party.) If you hear someone say 'baby' whomever heard it gets a pin or the pin from that person. At the end of the party, whoever has the most, gets a prize.
