What has to be wrong with a house in order for inspectors to condemn the house. Can it include floors or roofs not structurally sound? What about plumbing?

The building codes pretty much leave the final call up to the building inspector. Anything that the inspector thinks is a risk to life safety (or adjacent propety owner's safety) allows them to condem the property. Good luck, hope this helps
