Go to Boots, buy a pack of Acuplugs and gently work one into your flesh. Do some exercise with weights to get pumped up afterwards.

If you are referring to a punctured tire it will have to be removed from the rim and patched on the inside if it ia a tubeless tire.If it is tube-type then patch the tube.you can also put slime in the tire if it is a small puncture.I would recommend replacing the tire for safety purpoeses.If you are actually talking about acupunctue...I have no idea.
