Yes, although Microsoft is making it harder for people to do. Musicmatch Jukebox used to be able to do it easily, but they've disabled that function at Microsoft's request.

Give the program I've linked to in the source list below a try. It ought to work just fine.

in case u have problem downloading that goto
www.download.com and search for " free audio converter mp3 wma " and download the first result

It is a free software and very good one too.
