Not without details such as, what make and model of printer you have, whether you just installed it or has it worked before, what errors are you receiving, etc

It's a good idea to keep a record of your printer's instruction manual on your desktop for quick referral. I've got a Canon iP5200 which has a paper manual but the onscreen version is quicker.
It could be that your printer isn't 'talking' to your computer. My printer is connected to my computer via a USB multi-connector which, oddly enough, wouldn't work a few days ago, so I plugged it into one of the spare USB sockets and it seemed ok after that.
Can I assume that your ink cartridges are full, or at least partially full. It's sometimes possible that the printer 'thinks' the cartridges may be empty so, as a default, it may be defaulting to an error causing it to 'refuse' to function to avoid any unforeseen malfunctions caused by empty cartridges. Just a possibility. Sorry I can't help any further. Check out the link below, it may help.

Go to control pannel, printer, check your printer cue. Delete all print jobs waiting.

Unplug your printer from power. Leave for a few seconds.

Re connect printer to power.

Restart your computer.

When you have completely rebooted your cpu right click on your printer, properties, be sure it is the default printer. If not make it the default. Print test page -- printer properties

If this doesn't help, uninstall your printer, reinstall software (available free on line from the manufacturer of your printer.) and try a test page.

good luck
