When I was a kid and was I ever surprised. A diaper was being changed and I noticed that the baby's penis was up in the air rather tan flat against his body. I asked my mom about it and she told me that when boys sleep that happens, that it's normal, and that it would go down after the boy pees in the morning. Hahaha
