What about an emergency services worker, you know the ones that cut people out of car smashes, rescue people off cliffs and all that. I'm sure there would be lots of overlap with your skills. Also the police might be an idea if you are still young enough for their recruitment. Don't know where you are but the police where I live have a specialist Rescue Squad.
You are obviously very brave so if you don't object to the military you might do well in the army too.

How about setting up your own consultancy to businesses re fire hazards and making the work place safer - with suggestions on how this can be done at an affordable price - before the fire inspection officer slaps a ban on them!
