Have a friend or family member pose for you to get the proportions correct - that's what I do when I can't get a pose right just by using my head.

Also, practise drawing from photos, especially fashion magazines (great poses, not a lot of clothing...) That's what Manga characters are - real people made into line drawings.

You're best bet is either to trawl through various "How to draw manga" type books until you find the pose you want.

Or get someone to kneel in the pose you want. Then draw that and modify it into the style.

well try using circles to show points at where the different joints would be such as the knees, elbows, ankles. draw your kneeling person like a segmented mannican, then connect the parts, like connect the dots with complete parts already there. find a tutorial it might help.
